[ Her initial reaction is to scream. Screaming for Mafuyu doesn't always mean fear; sometimes it's used as a prolonged kiai in preparation to rush forward to fight— but this scream is of fear, in remembering that for how capable she is of shrugging off physical pain, fire lingers and burns and causes permanent damage to one's body that isn't guaranteed to heal up, no matter how young and spirited she is.

Under Mohammed's protection, she can't see anything of what's happening; she can only feel the literal heat of the battle as the spider draws close and Mohammed responds with fire of his own, and not being able to help throughout the entirety of this nightmare has been hell in itself. It's over before she can make sense of what happened, a burst of light to the side of her periphery that prompts her to pushes aside Mohammed's arm so she can see the spider fall to its doom. And promptly snaps her head up to look at Mohammed, fully expecting him to be similarly on fire, and very ready to wake up now before either of them dies in this dream and can no longer wake up. ]
